COVID-19 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (and all other pandemies)
From the moment that COVID-19 was classified by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a global pandemic, cancellations due to Covid-19 are no longer applicable because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.
Only if the Belgian government obliges us to close the holiday homes will we no longer be able to provide our services. You will then receive a voucher for the amount already paid and this voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. All pandemie related circumstances that do not qualify for a cancellation, rebooking or travel voucher include: transport disruptions and cancellations, travel advice and restrictions, positive virus test, health advice and quarantine, changes in applicable legislation and other government measures such as evacuations, border closures. These are subject to our general cancellation terms and conditions.

General cancellation terms and conditions
Upon reservation, you pay 50% of the booking fee. No later than 30 days before arrival, the balance + the secutity deposit (250 €) must be paid |
Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: no refund. The full amount of your booking will be charged |
Cancellation between 59th and 30th day before arrival: 50% of the booking fee will be charged |
Cancellation between 90th and 60th day before arrival: 25% of the booking fee will be charged |
Cancellation more than 90 days before arrival: 10€ will be charged
check-in / check-out
Check- in : as from 17.00u
Check-out : until 11.00u
For your own comfort, we do not work with a key but with an access code that is only valid during the duration of your stay.
If you wish to drop the luggage before, this can be done at 1PM at the earliest.
At check-out, there is a possibility to leave your luggage up to 3PM.
We ask to notify this in advance as a supplement might be charged for this.
Security deposit
A security deposit of 250 € is charged.
for groups with more than 10 people we can increase the guarantee to 400 €.
The guarantee must be paid 30 days before arrival together with the balance.
After inspection of the property, the guarantee will be refunded within 2 weeks after your stay.
Citytax
A citytax of 2.25 euro per person, per night is not yet included in the rentingprice
Houserules
The property is located in a residential area. May we kindly ask you to respect the neighbors' rest at all time and not to make any noice in and outside the accomodation between 22h and 8h.
- Noisy parties are not allowed!
- Only the number of people that booked may sleep in the house.
If the house rules are not respected, we can withhold the guarantee!
Non smoking policy
The holiday home is completely non-smoking.
Please respect our non-smoking policy.
To guarantee a smoke-free environment to all our guests, we will pay a damages of € 250 if we detect smoke traces (axes, scents, butts ...).
Stairs/elevator
There is no elevator in the house.
Facilities
All the following amenities are included in the rental price
- Bed sheets are ready per room. Beds are not made upon arrival! Please only cover the beds that will actually be slept
- Bathtowels and kitchentowels
- Dishwashing product, dishcloth and sponge, 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet, garbage bags,...
- Household and cookware, Nespresso coffee machine, ...
- small supply of coffee and tea pads
- Toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap
- washer and dryer, ironing board and iron
- Baby cot (without sheets) and high chair
Access from Brussel International Airport (Zaventem)
• Easy and fast, the Airport Express to Central Station Antwerp
• From there, follow the route "Train Access"
Parking
You can drive to the house to unload.
Afterwards you can park around the corner
FOR HOUSE IN LEEUWENSTRAAT : PARKING BRABO, Kammensstraat 2, 2000 Antwerp (on the corner of Reyndersstraat and Kammenstraat and across the Groenplaats).
Entrance until 02:00 at night, exit 24/24.
2,5€/hour or 18€/24 hours.
From this parking it is 100 meters to the house. (Via Bergstraat or via Reyndersstraat).

FOR HOUSE IN LANGE RIDDERSTRAAT : PARKING CAMMERPOORTE, Nationalestraat 38-40 | hourly rate = € 2.4 (per 24 hours = € 20) . http://www.mypark.be/nl/parking/parking-cammerpoorte/ Walk further into the nationalestraat and turn right to the Franckenstraat. In this street you go left to the Lange Riddersstraat. Number 77 is 50 meters further on your left.
Access from Antwerp International Airport
• Taxis are waiting for you at the exit
• A ride up to the house takes +/- 20 min and costs you around 60€
Access from Antwerp Central Station
Arriving at Antwerp Central Station you will find the underground metro station 'Astrid'.
Take metro line 3 (Linkeroever), 5 (Zwijndrecht) or 9 (Zwijndrecht). • gett off at 'Groenplaats' (only 2 stops)
FOR LEEUWENSTRAAT : Walk 150m to 'Reynderstraat' and turn first street left into Leeuwenstraat.
Number 9 is on your left!
FOR LANGE RIDDERSSTRAAT : Take tram 4 at the Groenplaats and exit after 1 stop at the "Sint-Andries" in the Nationale straat. Go right to the Franckenstraat. In this street you go left to the Lange Riddersstraat. Number 77 is 50 meters further on your left
